Could you be the full-time Project Manager – Interior Parts in " Valenciennes" we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of Interior Parts projects while driving quality, cost, delivery, and technical (QCDT) excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, quality, and suppliers, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure adherence to design and quality standards, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing CoE Interiors activities and deliverables, but also ensure effective risk mitigation and operational quality improvement.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring 100% on-time First Article Inspections (FAI) and First Equipment Installations (FEI)

  • Meeting CoE planning milestones and achieving targeted recurring/non-recurring costs

  • Coordinating stakeholders to ensure QCDT deliverables across engineering, procurement, quality, and suppliers

  • Managing CoE Interiors activities in alignment with contract requirements

  • Overseeing change orders and ensuring timely project documentation and approvals

  • Implementing risk mitigation plans and managing critical paths

  • Collecting and sharing feedback to improve future project execution

  • Engineering degree (generalist)

  • 5 years of project management experience in high mix/low volume industries

  • Strong cross-functional facilitation skills

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and address issues

  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to work effectively under pressure

  • Experience working in an international, multi-site, matrix organization structure

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
