We are looking for an apprentice for our legal procurement department for the Alstom Group. You will report directly to Indirect Procurement Legal Director. This apprentice is an opportunity to join a dynamic team with an international dimension ready to share its skills and knowledges with you.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION:

You will be in charge of the following missions:

  • Drafting and proofreading of all types of international contracts (corporate services, IT, logistics, facility management, engineering services, etc.) as well as support to operational teams with negotiations
  • Advising and assisting operational teams in various areas of law (contractual analyses, legal recommendations, etc.)
  • Participating in the preparation and follow-up of pre-litigation and litigation actions
  • Research and drafting of thematic legal memo

 

PROFILE:

Educational level: Master 2 level student or recent graduate (or equivalent) in international business law / corporate law / contract law or student lawyer (CRFPA).

Technical skills: Specialization in business law and more particularly in contract law/contract law with an international dimension.

English: read, written, spoken

Fluency in another foreign language would be a plus

Behavioral skills: You are curious, rigorous, autonomous, reactive, have analytical, synthesis as well as excellent writing skills.

The apprentice will interact with other Group functions, particularly in HQ (purchasing, finance, ethics and compliance, etc.)

 

DURATION: 

12-months starting in September 2026
