Position Overview:

HR Coordinator in Singapore will have two main responsibilities: 1) support Alstom Singapore team on HR Operations and payroll, and 2) Support Alstom APAC on HR Data Analysis. On HR operation side, he or she will also support Singapore HR team and other internal stakeholders to help Alstom improve HR Operations’ processes and solve HR challenges creatively.  On HR analytics side, he or she will use Alstom people related data and HR research to generate analytical insights to support People Management decision and improve current Talent Development process.


Specific responsibilities of the role: 

  • In charge of APAC HR periodical report, support HR analytics initiatives
  • Assist the HR team in the recruitment process such as coordinating interviews
  • Assist the HR team in the payroll process
  • Involve in the planning of HR events and provide assistance for event execution

Education :  Bachelor degree or above, no specific requirement on area of study
