More Than a Job: A Mission

The Project ICC Design Leader is responsible for the technical leadership of ATS engineering activities within signalling projects. The position requires strong knowledge of railway signalling systems, ATS architectures, SCADA solutions, and system integration practices.

You will collaborate closely with project teams, customers, system architects, validation teams, and external stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and successful project delivery.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and project stakeholders to align objectives.
  • Guarantee reliability and compliance in all design deliverables, minimizing operational risks.

  • Promote knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team, building technical excellence.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in rail systems design or project management.
  • Proficiency in system integration, control center architecture, and project lifecycle tools.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards, operational requirements, and digital transformation in rail.
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and drive results.
