Could you be the full-time LCC Engineer in Saharanpur we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, diverse, and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in managing the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) work packages for new build projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Rolling Stock, Sourcing, RAMS, and Product Introduction teams), manage the development and synthesis of customer requirements, and ensure the delivery of ISR (Integrated System Readiness) contractual obligations, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of coordinating stakeholders and resources to achieve project objectives, but also ensure the delivery of ISR elements during tender and project phases.

We’ll look to you for:

• Managing ISR project teams to deliver contractual obligations

• Monitoring workload forecasts and securing adequate staffing

• Developing and implementing ISR management plans

• Coordinating with cross-functional teams for ISR process implementation

• Ensuring customer requirements are met in compliance with reference libraries

• Producing ISR work package KPI dashboards

• Ensuring the achievement of life cycle cost commitments

• Delivering ISR elements during tender and project phases

• Providing REX (Return of Experience) reports upon project completion

• Overll 7+yrs of expereince, Engineering University Degree or equivalent qualification/experience

• Experience or understanding of maintainability aspects, ideally in railways applications

• Knowledge of ISR processes, standards, and tools

• Familiarity with project management principles

• A Master’s degree in ISR specialization (desirable)

• Experience in customer and stakeholder management

• Ability to work in a diverse and international environment
