Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring material availability and optimizing inventory management to support project success. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as procurement, engineering, and finance), analyze inventory consumption to enhance material strategies, and contribute to the Engineering Change Committee to ensure seamless material transitions, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:
- Acting as the Work Package Owner (WPO) on Procurement to ensure successful Material Milestones are achieved in co-design to meet the agreed QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitment for the procurement Work Package ,
- Analyzing inventory consumption to identify trends and areas for improvement ,
- Defining and setting up parameters to implement material planning and batch strategies ,
- Executing improvement plans focused on inventory reduction and maximizing cash flow ,
- Creating purchase orders and following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery ,
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align material planning strategies with project requirements ,
- Actively participating in the Engineering Change Committee to ensure proper planning for material changes ,
- Defining material typology (based on ABC classification, variability, etc.) to establish planning tactics and support project replenishment

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. ,
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory optimization techniques, and procurement strategies. ,
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools. ,
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making. ,
- Experience or understanding of material planning, inventory management, and procurement processes. ,
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ,
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
