You will join a dedicated group of professionals committed to ensuring the reliability and safety of advanced rail systems, contributing to projects that define the future of sustainable mobility.Your Role, Your ImpactExecute and validate electrical testing procedures for traction and auxiliary systems to ensure scalability and compliance with global standards.Collaborate closely with design, production, and quality teams to align testing outcomes with engineering objectives and customer requirements.Ensure reliability through root cause analysis, fault detection, and continuous improvement of test protocols using tools like LabVIEW and PLC diagnostics.Drive innovation by implementing automated test benches and digital validation methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Share knowledge and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.What You BringProficiency in electrical testing tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power analyzers.Experience with traction systems, converters, or control circuits in rail or industrial environments.Ability to interpret electrical schematics and apply IEC and EN standards in testing.Knowledge of test automation frameworks and data acquisition systems like NI TestStand.Strong analytical mindset with a focus on safety, precision, and continuous improvement.How Success Is MeasuredOn-time delivery of validated test results aligned with project milestones.Effective collaboration across engineering and production teams to resolve issues swiftly.Reduction in test cycle time and improvement in defect detection accuracy.
