Could you be the full-time onsite Production Overhead Controller in Hornell, NY, US we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your financial analysis and reporting expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving the performance of our departments by overseeing all aspects of estimating, analysis, and reporting for various site functions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including site MDs and department heads, to provide budgeting and monthly reporting activities, monitor and analyze site costs, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  •  Provide budgeting and monthly reporting activities for the different functions on-site and maintain associated scorecards.
  •  Monitor and analyze site costs, identifying variances between actual and budgeted financial performance.
  •  Deliver performance analysis for each function and site, providing valuable insights to site management and regional teams.
  •  Drive cost productivity, recovery, and cash optimization initiatives.
  •  Support monthly financial closing processes. 
  •   Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
  •   Ensure compliance with internal procedures and all relevant regulations.
  •   Lead continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Degree in Finance or Business Administration ,

  • Experience or understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes ,

  • Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems ,

  • Familiarity with financial compliance and regulatory requirements ,

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills ,

  • Ability to interpret business-related data ,

  • Capacity to manage large quantities of data ,

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills ,

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting ,

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
