  • Develop and implement scalable manufacturing processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and ensure seamless production transitions.
  • Drive process reliability through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Innovate by introducing automation and digital tools to enhance production performance.
  • Share knowledge and best practices across teams to strengthen operational excellence.

What You Bring

 

  • Proficiency in process mapping and optimization using tools like Value Stream Mapping.
  • Experience with industrial automation systems such as PLCs or SCADA.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems including FMEA and SPC.
  • Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve flow.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.
