Scope of responsibility:

  • Drive and implement the People & Culture strategy at Site level, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities, performance, and growth objectives
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leadership, shaping organization design, workforce planning and transformation initiatives
  • Lead HR digitalization, simplification, and AI- Implementation, leveraging HR systems and data to improve decision-making and efficiency
  • Champion employee experience, engagement and culture, ensuring a high-performing and inclusive work environment
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and leadership capability, supporting managers in building strong, accountable and high-performing teams
  • Lead and monitor data-driven HR decisions, using analytics to address attrition, performance, capability gaps and workforce planning
  • Ensure effective implementation of the Alstom People Management Cycle (PMC) and continuous improvement of HR processes and tools
  • Manage workforce costs and budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets and business needs
  • Lead strategic recruitment for key roles, focusing on attracting, engaging and retaining top talent
  • Ensure full compliance with labour law and internal policies, while maintaining strong relations with trade unions

 

Position requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (HR Director / Senior HRBP)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to operate as a trusted advisor to leadership teams
  • Experience in organizational transformation, change management and workforce strategy
  • Strong analytical mindset – ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisions
  • Experience with HR systems, digital tools and evolving HR technologies (incl. AI trends)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop teams
  • Good understanding of labour law and experience in working with trade unions
  • Fluent in English and Polish
