Could you be the full-time R&D Program Quality & Safety Manager in Charleroi we’re looking for ?
Your role :
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality and safety expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll ensure the quality and safety assurance of projects, coordinating all related activities to align with customer satisfaction and project objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Project Managers, RAMS teams) liaise with customers and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of ensuring compliance with project deliverables through inspections and audits, but also monitoring the correct execution of the project quality plan.
We’ll look to you for :
- Interfacing with customer quality and safety teams
- Defining and monitoring the execution of project quality plans
- Supporting project teams during gate reviews and action plan follow-ups
- Ensuring safety assessments and preparing safety authorizations
- Managing non-conformities and safety issues, driving problem-solving efforts
- Measuring and improving project quality performance
- Deploying and supporting Quality Management System (QMS) processes
- Organizing and managing internal and external audits

- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
