As part of the Reporting stream activities, we are looking for a Reporting Analyst combining data analysis skills with strong business understanding, able to manage topics end-to-end.
The role covers all domains and involves strong interaction with business users, as well as a key responsibility in ensuring the reliability, consistency, and relevance of reporting.
You will work directly with business stakeholders while collaborating closely with SAP experts and desktop application developers.
You will benefit from team support in an environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of reporting requests:
- Analyze requests received through the ticketing system
- Understand business needs and challenge requests when necessary
- Formalize requirements into structured specifications
- Design and develop reports (Qlik Sense, Excel, Excel via Power Query)
- Adapt and enhance existing reports
- Identify and propose alternative solutions in case of limitations
- Validate the consistency of data coming from ERP and other systems
- Ensure alignment with existing business processes
- Train and support Key Users
- Document reports and their usage
- Communicate on evolutions and changes
- Provide functional support and propose corrective actions
👉 You will act as a bridge between data and business, with a direct impact on decision-making.
- Profile
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in reporting/data analysis with business interaction
- Experience at Alstom is a plus
- Experience in an industrial environment is an asset
