Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrialization expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in shaping the industrial processes and documentation that ensure the success of maintenance, renovation, modernization, and warranty activities at our depots, repair centers, or production sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Production Execution, Industrial, Apsys, and Supply Chain teams), define industrial processes, and validate deliverables, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of industrial documentation and process development, but also support continuous improvement initiatives across the project lifecycle.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading the industrialization of technical documentation, ensuring alignment with Standard Manufacturing Process & Line guidelines

Elaborating key industrial deliverables such as macro-processes, work instructions, task sequences, and layouts

Providing inputs to industrial tools and means required for project execution

Defining and implementing training plans related to industrial topics and special processes
-
Validating industrial deliverables and tools on the field with maintenance execution teams
-
Ensuring compliance with Railway Safety, EHS, and AZDP standards

Supporting industrial process adaptations to address project lifecycle events such as design changes, obsolescence, and fleet extensions

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety

Developing and sharing industrial expertise to improve and standardize processes

Technical education

IT literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Fluency in English
-
2-5 years of industrial experience, preferably in the railway industry, with a total of 7-12 years of professional experience

Ability to read and understand schematics and drawings
-
Experience in methods engineering, including writing and improving manufacturing/maintenance work instructions, line balancing, and lean manufacturing
-
Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up

Familiarity with Quality and Health & Safety standards and systems

Flexibility, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn and develop

Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure

Strong team player with a spirit of “Team Trust Action”
