You’ll specifically take care of leading development and release activities, as well as documenting and strengthening our Technical & Functional Core Model, but also provide deep functional and technical expertise to support business stakeholders.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Managing, designing, and implementing functional and technical solutions aligned with business strategy and the global Salesforce Core Model.
-
Safeguarding the integrity, scalability, and future evolution of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and B2B Commerce Cloud platforms.
-
Translating complex business requirements into clear, scalable, and well-architected technical and functional designs.
-
Preparing and presenting solution documentation to business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional groups.
-
Leading and supporting development efforts, providing technical direction to internal and external development teams.
-
Designing, developing, debugging, unit testing, and documenting Salesforce B2B Commerce applications following established coding standards.
-
Building and customizing LWR Sites, CMS, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Experience/Commerce Cloud features, including B2B Commerce community components.
-
Implementing Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch jobs, and Scheduler classes to support automation and complex business logic.
-
Developing and managing Salesforce Flows (Record-triggered, Auto-launched, Schedule-triggered) and enhancing standard checkout or business flows.
-
Applying strong validation rules, exception handling, and UX enhancements such as toast notifications and guided error messaging.
-
Performing data loading and maintenance using Data Loader, Workbench, and other Salesforce administration tools.
-
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across Salesforce platforms with a focus on stability, performance, and maintainability.
-
Ensuring code quality, reusability, and compliance with security and development best practices, using GitLab for version control and CI/CD.
-
Collaborating with Product Owners and cross-functional partners to analyze gaps, propose enhancements, and drive scalable improvements.
-
Supporting global and regional rollout initiatives, ensuring multi-market consistency including multi-currency and multi-language implementations.
-
Maintaining consistent adherence to global design principles and deployment standards across all markets and rollout waves.
