Could you be the full-time Procure to Pay Associate 1 in Bangalore we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our Procure to Pay processes, which are vital to our financial operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Supply Chain, HR), managing payables, disbursements, and travel and expense processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of validating and processing invoices, managing payment schedules, and handling employee expense claims, but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring high-quality video coding and consistently meeting turnaround times (TAT)

  • Accurate and timely processing of transactions

  • Adherence to internal controls and policies

  • Effective communication with both internal teams and external partners

  • Active participation in root cause analysis for issue resolution

  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

  • Supporting the team in achieving financial accuracy and compliance

  • Adhering to set processes and SOPs in the day-to-day execution of tasks

  • Performing root cause analysis on critical issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions

  • Experience or understanding of accounting principles

  • Knowledge of accounting tools and ERP systems

  • A certification in Accounts Payable
