We are looking for a passionate HR Administration Advisor who thrives on precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will be part of a dedicated team ensuring that every HR process runs seamlessly, supporting the people who keep the world moving. This role demands ownership, attention to detail, and a drive to enhance employee experience through operational excellence.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Ensure scalability and accuracy of HR administrative processes using SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Shared Services to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain reliability in employee data management, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.
  • Drive innovation by identifying automation opportunities in HR operations through tools like Power BI and ServiceNow.
  • Promote knowledge sharing by developing process documentation and conducting training sessions for HR teams.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP HR or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance frameworks, and data governance.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize HR processes using Lean or Six Sigma principles.
  • Experience in managing employee lifecycle documentation and HR reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to support cross-functional collaboration.
