Your Role, Your Impact

  • Implement scalable quality assurance processes across multiple rail projects
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and suppliers
  • Monitor and enhance reliability through rigorous testing and root cause analysis
  • Champion innovative quality improvement initiatives and digital tools
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within project teams
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Elecetrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering or a related technical field
  • Over 2 years of experience in quality engineering or project management
  • Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical analysis, and problem-solving tools
  • Strong understanding of rail industry standards and project lifecycle concepts
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills for managing project teams
