We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer of Carbody Shell to develop and improve the manufacturing processes behind the trains that keep cities moving. This is hands-on engineering where quality, safety and efficiency matter every day. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication, because they know that reliable production is essential to every journey.
Your role, your impact
- Define and validate manufacturing processes.
- Develop, modify, and improve work instructions and industrial documentation.
- Analyze production needs and identify critical points in technological processes.
- Optimize manufacturing processes using Lean manufacturing tools.
- Create workshop layouts that prioritize ergonomics, safety, and efficiency.
- Address technical production challenges in a timely manner.
- Support the industrialization of product and process changes.
- Contribute to workshop productivity control and continuous improvement.
You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across production, quality, and engineering, solving complex manufacturing challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What you bring
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or another metalworking-related field.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Understanding of production needs analysis and workshop productivity control.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and process optimization techniques.
- Ability to develop work instructions and industrial documentation.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Team spirit, ownership, and the ability to work effectively in a large global company with strong local roots.
