Your future role
As a VIE / Student within the Site Quality team, you will support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) at site level.
You will work in close collaboration with the Site QMS Manager, Site Quality Director and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, EHS), contributing to ensuring compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting deployment and governance of the Quality Management System processes on site
- Participating in internal audits and supporting audit preparation and follow-up actions
- Assisting in monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to QMS performance
- Contributing to documentation management and ensuring proper updates and communication of QMS instructions
- Supporting root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
- Assisting in the coordination of process reviews and Quality Management Reviews
- Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality standards
We’ll look to you for:
Quality Management & Compliance
- Understanding QMS requirements (ISO9001, IRIS, or equivalent standards)
- Supporting site compliance with internal and external quality requirements
- Contributing to audit planning and execution
Continuous Improvement
- Supporting implementation of improvement actions following audits or reviews
- Participating in risk and opportunity identification processes
- Assisting in problem-solving initiatives (root cause analysis, corrective actions)
Process & Documentation Support
- Ensuring proper documentation structure and updates
- Supporting communication and training on QMS processes
- Monitoring status of action plans and reporting progress

Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards (ISO9001, IRIS)
- Familiarity with quality tools (problem-solving methods, audits, KPIs)
- Interest in industrial or railway environment
Skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in English, nice to have : German
