We are currently looking to recruit an Junior Tender & Project Manager Services for our team located in Zurich, Switzerland.



  • Overall steering and coordination of broad variety of aftersales tenders & projects (spare parts, repair & overhaul, light modernizations) in multifunctional teams

  • Drive tenders & projects in regard to quality, costs and delivery (QCD)

  • Time, scope, contract and work package Management

  • Actively drive project extensions, upselling potentials, or new businesses (business growth)

  • Comply with company guidelines in tender & project Management and contribute in setting-up best practices

  • Customer care

  • Sales order management

  • General reporting activities (e.g. prepare internal tender & project reviews, financial analysis or customer meetings)

  • Ensure Know-how transfer by executing win/loss analysis


  • Working experience in Project Management is a plus (graduates, career starters are welcome)

  • Fluent in English and German mandatory

  • Fluent in other languages will be a plus

  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel

  • Good knowledge in SAP

  • Ability to inspire others for his/her projects
