Team Lead - Train control and monitoring for our location in Zurich, Switzerland
We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader - Train control and monitoring systems in our Services organization located in Zurich, Switzerland.

As a team leader you are responsible for a growing team of currently about 15 employees with different roles. The team is responsible for software development and software maintenance throughout the entire product life cycle. You will be working within a fast developing and highly technical environment on challenging interdisciplinary tasks, supported by experienced and motivated colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Workload planing and resource allocation
Project monitoring in terms of quality, delivery and costs
Preparation of technical offers
Close cooperation with involved departments in Switzerland and in the region (DACH)
Ensuring compliance with "Enviromental, Health and Safety" objectives
Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a strong customer relationship
Support for the development of employees
Review and adaptation of team skills to possible new requirements (e.g., innovation topics)
Travel time approx. 10-20%
Qualifications:
Relevant academic background, e.g. Master’s Degree/ Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Software Engineering
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
Programming skills e.g. in graphic languages acc. to IEC/EN 61131, Linux/Windows applications, C++, Script languages etc
Good technical background with experience in PLC Programming, Control System, Software Development.
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
Knowledge in the use of the MS Office 365 environment and other common office tools
Open minded and persevering
Desired competences: communication, teamwork, driven for result, planning, problem solving.
Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
