Your future role

 

We have an opportunity available to join our Supply Chain team as a Logistics Coordinator, for our QNGR operation. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be joining a close-knit team who are responsible for supporting warehousing operations for our NGR train fleet. Based in Wulkuraka, QLD, your core hours will be Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm, with a requirement to cover night shift occasionally.

 

We’ll look to you for:

 

  • Operating forklifts to move and store materials.
  • Picking and packing stock for maintenance and operations teams.
  • Conducting regular stocktakes and inventory checks.
  • Receiving goods and performing putaway tasks.
  • Issuing parts and materials to relevant departments.
  • Managing tools and assets, ensuring accurate tracking and availability.
  • Using our warehouse management systems and other computer-based tools.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

  • Willingness and ability to work different shifts across a 24 hour operation, if required.
  • IT savvy with experience using SAP or similar ERP.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally managing parts/components.
  • A sound understanding of supply chain, warehousing and materials management.
  • A valid forklift licence and experience using a high reach forklift.
