Your future role

Your objectives will be to support local experts in the test, definition and development of robotic solutions based in Wroclaw (Poland) with potential missions in Ceska Lipa (Czech Republic) , Katowice (Poland).

 

We’ll look to you for:

1.Operations:

  • Support the performances improvements of existing robotics assets (welding automated ratio & Usage rate)
  • Support project deployment feasibility study for new robotic cells
  • Contribute to manage projects by establishing specification documents, validating the technical feasibility through offline simulation
  • Assist on-site during technology transfers or knowledge acquisition processes.
  • Develop expert notes and reports to document finding and recommendations.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, focusing on enhancing safety, quality, productivity, product flow, and reliability
  • Support in searching and analyzing possibilities for transferring current and future processes from manual to automated:
  • Develop offline programs for new or current projects (Robotic cells, CNC machines)
    - Transferring layouts and configurations from the dedicated manufacturer's software to Visual Components (for robots), or NX-CAM (for machines). 
    - Real-virtual calibration: Performing calibration between real robots/machine and their virtual environment. 
    - Develop or modify post-processors generated codes depending on needs for both software
    - Creating instructions and training Automation and Robotics Engineers on the offline programming tool

 

2. Innovation :

  • Support the offline programming standardization and testing:
    - Testing identified offline programming software  
    - Ensuring precise replication of robot movements and operations in the simulation environment. 
    - Aligning with offline programming global strategy for standardization
    - Comparing and evaluating the usage of each identified software, with the working group
  • Laser welding contributor for global strategy (overview on site needs, progress, and alignment between stakeholders)
  • Exploration of dimensional control and bracket localization of parts to be welded
  • Participate in Innovation committee to explore and assess potential use cases to be replicated on site

Educational level:

  • Bac+5 graduate with mechanical/Industrial background (with major in automation or robotics – appreciated)

Technical skills:

  • First experience in industrialization and automation will be appreciated
  • Familiarity with robotic systems & automation technologies (appreciated)
  • Strong understanding of industrial practices

Behavioral skills:

  • Able to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (process expert, external engineers, industrial functions…)
  • Able to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment
  • Team spirit approach and good communication skills
  • English fluent
  • Driver license (appreciated)

Contract:

  • 12/24 months VIE contract, starting from November2025
