Could you be the full-time hybrid Site Supply Chain Engineer in Wroclaw, PL we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a key role in designing and implementing solutions to improve end-to-end logistics flows, ensuring alignment with QCDE (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environment) targets and regional priorities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Material Planning, Warehouse, Procurement, Manufacturing, and ERP teams), contribute to optimizing warehouse layouts and packaging solutions, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • You’ll specifically take care of designing, developing, and implementing solutions to improve end-to-end logistic flows meeting QCDE (Quality Cost Delivery Environment and Health & Safety) targets, but also applying the best core practices to enhance Logistics operations.,We’ll look to you for:

  • Implementing and managing standard packaging solutions (purchase, design, prototype, validation, etc.) while monitoring the budget follow-up

  • Applying solutions to protect parts during all logistic operations (transport, unloading, storage, line feeding, etc.)

  • Saving money and cash through ROI calculations, designing standard packaging, reducing transport costs, and creating business cases to justify investments (e.g., returnable packaging)

  • Contributing with Regional Logistic Engineering to identify potential improvements in the entire value chain and capturing added value

  • Reducing labor time in the warehouse (picking, kitting hours, etc.) and in production

  • Collaborating with technical services to improve ergonomics at workstations (e.g., internal kitting trolley) and reducing waste packaging (e.g., zero unpacking)

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent

  • Experience or understanding of working in an industrial environment

  • Knowledge of SAP (Warehouse Management and Inventory Management modules)

  • Familiarity with end-to-end logistics flows, including material flow, storage, packaging, warehousing, and transport

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Leadership and initiative skills to drive process improvements

  • Strategic and methodical vision to design and implement logistics solutions

  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges in logistics and supply chain operations

  • An agile, inclusive, and responsible attitude to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and continuously learn new methodologies
