Site Maintenance Engineer
Location: Alstom Wrocław
Alstom, a global leader in rail transport and infrastructure, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Engineer. The person in this position will be responsible for supervising the renovation and modernization works of buildings and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulations, cost optimization, and effective project management. 1. General Goals and Responsibilities
- Supervision in accordance with applicable regulations of the operation of machinery and equipment
- Coordination of machines and equipment maintenace activities executed by external services
- Supervision of the implementation of commissioned maintenance, repair and investment work in the field of machinery and equipment, technical installations and other maintenance-related work.
- Managing the financial settlement of contracted works with external contractors (Orders, acceptance of works, settlement of invoices) - Working with the SAP system, ebuy and G-link
- Participation in the development, reconciliation and ongoing monitoring of the annual and monthly budget of the Maintenance Department
2. Main Tasks
- Ongoing maintenance activities coordination with external services

Supervision of proper diagnostics and Repair: Identifying and analyzing the causes of machine and equipment failures, performing repairs using appropriate tools and technology.

Maintenance Planning and Execution: Developing schedules for maintenance and repair work, conducting periodic inspections to ensure the reliability of equipment.
- Optimization of maintenance process and support with optimisation of production process
- Supplier service supervision: works acceptance and cost approval.
- Cost savings projects implementation

Preparation of TPM, LOTO sollutions, Lean Management for dedicated group of equipment
3. Requirements
- Higher technical education (preferred fields: mechatronics, automation)
- Experience in maintenance in a production facility (minimum 2-3 years)
- Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and automation concepts
- Ability to analyze data and diagnose faults.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work in a team.
4. Skills
- Proficiency in engineering tools and data monitoring and analysis software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Launguages: Polish, English
