You’ll specifically take care of creating adaptive control plans and conducting risk analyses based on FMEA, but also contribute to the qualification and validation of new technologies.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring the implementation of assembly processes in accordance with the standards of special process management

  • Developing concepts for technological processes and the necessary equipment to perform them

  • Creating and updating technological process documentation

  • Designing and maintaining adaptive control plans

  • Analyzing and solving technical and quality issues arising in production

  • Managing industrial risks through the FMEA process

  • Qualifying the product/process pair and industrial means in line with the design

  • Managing the evolution of quality control processes dedicated to special processes

  • Deploying and validating new processes in alignment with project planning

  • Training workers and EPU managers to execute special processes, ensuring continuous training and permanent qualification

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of assembly processes, torque tightening, and bonding technologies

  • Knowledge of FMEA methodology and risk analysis

  • Familiarity with adaptive control plans and process validation

  • A certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (preferred)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
