Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality inspection expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll ensure product compliance and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of quality in our processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (production, customer representatives, and quality assurance teams), support production during handovers between workstations, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of conducting inspections using advanced techniques such as VT, MT, PT, UT, RT, and 3D measurements, but also manage internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and conduct workstation audits.

We’ll look to you for:

• Conducting inspections and ensuring product compliance with the Control Plan through methods like VT, MT, PT, UT, RT, and 3D measurements

• Recording inspection results in digital tools in accordance with requirements

• Supporting production in the process of handover between workstations

• Conducting quality animations at the workstation, including basic problem-solving (e.g., 5 Whys)

• Managing internal NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)

• Participating in customer inspections

• Supporting operator qualifications in the area of self-inspection

• Managing dynamic checklists

• Conducting workstation audits

• Experience in quality inspection techniques such as VT2, MT2, PT2

• 3D measurements, UT2 and RT2 would be a plus,

• Knowledge of quality control standards and processes,

• Familiarity with digital tools for recording inspection results,

• A certification in non-destructive testing (NDT) methods (VT2, MT2, PT2),

• Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., 5 Whys methodology),

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
