Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Chorzów we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll ensure the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes and products, directly contributing to the safety and reliability of our solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, engineering, and customer services), lead quality control initiatives, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of implementing and updating quality control plans during pre- and serial manufacturing activities, but also support non-conformance resolution and customer inspections.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting Product Industrial Quality (PIQ) within your scope

  • Performing Defects per Unit (DpU) and External Demerit analysis to lead efficient Line Quality Animation with cross-functional teams

  • Supporting decisions for Hand Overs (GO/NOGO) with veto rights on NO GO decisions when necessary

  • Stopping production for mandatory reasons such as safety concerns

  • Participating in Criticality Matrix analysis and contributing to Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)

  • Leading First Article Reviews (FAR) and participating in First Mounted Reviews (FMR) and Serial Mounted Reviews (SMR)

  • Managing and ensuring the availability of the Car History Book and product compliance before shipping

  • Managing Internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and supporting their closure using problem-solving methodologies

  • Participating in customer inspections

  • Qualifying manufacturing teams regarding self-inspection processes

  • Managing and performing Workstation Dynamic Checklists and audits

  • Performing or participating in product inspections when required

  • Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of quality control processes in an industrial or manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC)

  • Familiarity with Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)

  • A certification in quality management or related field

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
