Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the highest standards of quality across manufacturing processes, making a significant impact on product compliance and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., industrial cross-functional teams, NCR teams, and manufacturing teams), lead process improvements such as DpU/External Demerit analysis, and contribute to initiatives like Process FMEA and Quality Control Plan updates, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Supporting the decision for all Hand Overs (GO/NOGO) and keeping NO GO veto rights when necessary

Stopping production when mandatory reasons arise, such as safety-related rework
-
Participating in Criticality Matrix analysis and contributing to Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)

Leading FAR and participating in FMR/SMR
-
Implementing and regularly updating Quality Control Plans during pre- and serial manufacturing activities

Managing Internal NCR by supporting the NCR team to complete characterization until closure using Problem Solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC)

Participating in customer inspections

Qualifying manufacturing teams regarding Self-Inspection

Managing Workstation Dynamic Checklists (Self-Inspection & Workstation Inspection)

Performing Workstation Audits and follow-ups

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

Experience or understanding of quality processes in manufacturing environments, including NCR (Non-Conformance Report) management and problem-solving methodologies like QRQC

Knowledge of Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis) and Criticality Matrix analysis
-
Familiarity with quality control plans, inspections, and audits in Pre & Serial manufacturing activities
-
Strong communication skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and customer interactions
-
Ability to analyze and interpret data from DpU (Defects per Unit) and External Demerit reports to drive quality improvements

Leadership skills to manage and qualify manufacturing teams for Self-Inspection processes

Resilience and adaptability to handle dynamic manufacturing environments and make critical decisions, such as stopping production when necessary

Attention to detail to ensure compliance with product history records and quality standards before shipping

Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on quality methodologies and tools
