Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial data and production administration expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in optimizing production processes, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting production teams in delivering high-quality outcomes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Production, Administration, and Data Management), prepare and monitor reports and KPIs, and actively participate in initiatives like KAIZEN, 5S, WPW programs, and the APSYS system, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Representing the Production department in matters related to production administration

Participating in the implementation and overseeing of production administration processes and systems

Supporting production teams in matters related to production administration
-
Supporting production teams in optimizing and maintaining appropriate costs
-
Supporting production teams in billing production employees' work time
-
Preparing and monitoring reports and KPIs to ensure performance tracking
-
Managing database administration to ensure data accuracy and reliability
-
Managing and assuming full supervision of tasks assigned by the supervisor

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of resilience, adaptability, and leadership

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Management, or a related field

Experience or understanding of production processes and administration systems

Knowledge of database management and reporting tools

Familiarity with production KPIs and cost optimization strategies

Strong communication skills or a certification in project management

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in tools like Excel, ERP systems, or other production management software

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic production environment

Commitment to continuous improvement through participation in programs like KAIZEN, 5S, WPW, or APSYS
