Could you be the full-time hybrid Industrial Data Engineer in Wroclaw, PL we’re looking for?

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial data expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of industrial Master Data across multiple systems, driving efficiency and innovation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, production, and IT), support the implementation of new systems and updates, and train users on industrial IS tools, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting the implementation of industrial IS tools

  • Acting as the Key User for Industrial IS Tools such as PLM (e.g., DMA, DELMIA) and ERP (e.g., GSI)

  • Performing tests before the implementation or updates of systems

  • Ensuring data migration and potentially piloting data rework

  • Participating actively in the M&T network

  • Training users on relevant tools and systems

  • Setting up Master Data during projects, including M-BoM, P-BoM, Routings, Work Centers, Tooling, and Purchasing Files

  • Ensuring data consistency between different systems

  • Managing the impacts of engineering and process changes in the systems

  • Setting up effectivity for the application of changes


All about you

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of industrial processes, data management, and system implementation

  • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

  • Familiarity with data migration, data consistency, and audit processes

  • Strong communication and training skills to support user onboarding and engagement

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage process and engineering changes effectively

  • Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of Master Data

  • Proficiency in testing and validating system updates and implementations

  • Ability to collaborate and participate in multidisciplinary networks

  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industrial environment
