CNC Programming specialist
Purpose of the job
Responsibilities
Product implementation:
- Preparing manufacturing process according lean manufacturing and safety/ ergonomic rules
- Programing, adjusting of existing programs for industrial robots
- Setting the automated production station
- Preparing manufacturing instructions
- Conducting internal trainings
- Preparing specification for tooling/ jigs/ fixture for manufacturing
- Start-up production
Process improvement:
- Analysis of existing manufacturing and optimize
- Reduction of manufacturing Hs
- implementation Standardisation and visualisation
- Optimization of product by submitting changes to reduce cost and manufacturing time
- Development and implementation of methods changes
Requirements
Educational Requirements
- Technical education.
- English read, written, spoken
Desired Knowledge / Experience
- Programming for industrial robots skills
- Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering background with 5 to 10 years’ experience preferably in the railway industry.
- Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up
- Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics.
- Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA…)
- Familiar with IS common tools.
- Process FMEA, QRQC.
