CNC Programming specialist

Purpose of the job

Responsibilities

Product implementation:

• Preparing manufacturing process according lean manufacturing and safety/ ergonomic rules  
• Programing, adjusting of existing programs for industrial robots
• Setting the automated production station 
• Preparing manufacturing instructions 
• Conducting internal trainings
• Preparing specification for tooling/ jigs/ fixture for manufacturing
• Start-up production 

 Process improvement:

• Analysis of existing manufacturing and optimize 
• Reduction of manufacturing Hs 
• implementation Standardisation and visualisation 
• Optimization of product by submitting changes to reduce cost and manufacturing time 
• Development and implementation of methods changes

Requirements

  Educational Requirements

• Technical education.
• English read, written, spoken 

 
  Desired Knowledge / Experience

• Programming  for industrial robots skills
• Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering background with 5 to 10 years’ experience preferably in the railway industry.
• Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up
• Working knowledge in Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics.
• Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA…)
• Familiar with IS common tools.
• Process FMEA, QRQC.
