Could you be the full-time CI Specialist in Wrocław we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Lean Manufacturing Systems in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside motivated and collaborative teammates.
You'll drive impactful change by deploying and embedding the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) methodologies and tools across the site/project. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, engineering, and quality, while facilitating improvement actions to achieve APSYS targets and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of training people on APSYS methodologies and tools, but also consolidating and reporting deployment status to the Managing Director and APSYS Central team.
We’ll look to you for:

Training teams on APSYS programs, methodologies (5S), and tools

Providing on-field expertise in lean and continuous improvement tools

Facilitating and coordinating improvement actions to meet APSYS targets
-
Preparing and consolidating self-assessments and APSYS assessment weeks
-
Participating in APSYS events and sharing best practices within the APSYS network
-
Driving site KPI improvements through lean methodologies

Master’s degree in technical/engineering fields

Expertise in a relevant area (e.g., management, senior project management)

Experience in training

Knowledge of lean principles such as 5S, Standard Work, Gemba, VSM, and problem-solving

Familiarity with performance and kaizen mindset
- Good command of English (min. B1)

High energy, with the ability to travel internationally

Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
