Could you be the Project Configuration and Change Manager in Vienna, AUSTRIA we are looking for?

 

Your future role

From Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 780 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity™ tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Paraskevi GEORGAKOPOULOU (Team Lead Project Configuration and Change Manager, Vienna) and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

 

We'll look for your to:

  • Responsible for the application of the Configuration and Change Management process within the program/project
  • Keeps the program/project under Configuration and Change Management control
  • Applies Configuration and Change standard procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that team members do not bypass them
  • Plans, implements and drives CCM process within their project or program and represents CCM in project and site meetings
  • Analyses, reviews and provides the compliance statement on CCM-related requirements (customer, partner and internal)
  • Ensures completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests in cooperation with the change requestor from Preparation to Approval to Implementation and Closure
  • Measures/reports CCM process performance/maturity (Key Performance Indicators) and derivates and manages actions

  • Bachelor/Master of Management or Technical fields
  • Project management experience
  • Train or automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English & German are mandatory
  • MS Office tools, MS Project and Power BI knowledge are desirable
  • Open-minded, motivated and eager to learn
  • Willing to communicate with others and collaborate with various people in an international environment
  • Nice to have an understanding of Configuration & Change Management

The minimum salary for this position is € 44.908,22 EUR gross annually for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement.
