Could you be the full-time Material Planning Coordination Manager (f/md) in Vienna, Austria we’re looking for?
Your future role
From Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 800 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity™ tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Vian Batush (Material Planning Coordinaton Manager, Vienna) and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look to you for:
- Manage Supplier's performances KPI's & raw material coverage according to targets
- Apply Core model process for material planning activities
- Collaborate with Procurement for risk/impact management process including supplier selection
- Lead the supplier escalation process supporting operational buyers on animation of Supplier’s KPI performance
- Ensure the action plans implementation between Teams and Suppliers
- Ensure the accuracy of material master data (in compliance with stock, logistic constraints and supplier contractual agreements)
- Support operational buyers when issues identified and evaluate the risk/impact on production/projects
- Ensure the creation of Material Planning documents in line with Procure to Pay core model processes
- Supporting operational buyers in applying and follow the missing parts process application until stock availability
- Set up recovery actions with main stakeholders
- Inventory Management, Raw Material Coverage
- Manage team performance and develop team competencies
- Support with resolving issues with Invoices
- Support the team with Non conformity requests
- Reporting to Supply Chain Director on site
Your Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
- Excellent knowledge in Excel and SAP
- Fluent in English and German
- Communicative & costumer oriented
- Leadership skills

The minimum salary for this position is € 56.000 EUR gross annually for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement.
