Could you be the full-time Logistics Coordinator (f/m/d) in Vienna we’re looking for?
Your Future Role
From Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 800 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity™ tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. You’ll report to Iosif Damsa, Supply Chain Manager and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look for you to:
- Execute material counts and movements accurately in the ERP system
- Plan and manage the receipt of materials and inbound transportation logistics
- Oversee stock entry processes and manage picking, kitting, and line feeding operations
- Coordinate and manage packing operations while ensuring inventory accuracy and integrity
- Define needs for internal and external standards and collect and analyze monthly KPIs while managing improvement action plans

- Possesses a strong understanding of Logistics Standards, proficient in ERP systems, and highly skilled in Excel

The minimum salary for this position is € 40.460 gross annually for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement. Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications.
