IT Support and Local Operation - Internship (m/f/d)

We are looking for an intern as IT Support and Local Operation for our site in Vienna, AUSTRIA

Your Role:

1. Local End-User Support:

• Main task is to support end users in setting up their end user devices during PC-Refresh phase.

• Work with Local On-Site Support teams, giving them priorities and ensuring daily performance

• Anticipate incidents and drive problem management

• Ensure Local Assets and storages (PCs, Telephones, other IS&T equipment’s, …) are properly managed

Competencies & Skills:

• Experience in Operation support and end-user support is a plus

• Fluent in English and German is mandatory

• Good communication skills and ability to communicate widespread with international teams

• Result-oriented and eager to work with sufficient autonomy in an international environment

• Show intellectual curiosity and creativity

• Teamwork
