Could you be the full-time Customer Services Officer (f/m/d) in Vienna we’re looking for? 

 

Your Future Role 

From Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 800 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity™ tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. You’ll report to Iosif Damsa, Supply Chain Manager and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team. 

 

We’ll look for you to : 

  • Manage customer satisfaction for the allocated customer base by proactively implementing measures to adhere to deadlines, quality standards, and cost efficiency

  • Oversee market trends and economic factors while processing customer orders, ensuring optimal outcomes through careful consideration of financial aspects

  • Handle quotations, calculations, and technical complaints, as well as independently conduct negotiations to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

  • Continuously track the status of customer orders, identifying process deviations and generating solutions to ensure alignment with target agreements

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and partner companies within interdisciplinary project teams while driving continuous improvement throughout the entire supply chain

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (SD)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English

  • Capable of independent, goal-oriented work with strong negotiation skills, complemented by a collaborative team spirit, flexibility, and a willingness to travel
