Could you be the full-time onsite Train Performance Engineer in West Mifflin, PA, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure that our project team excels in meeting company objectives on Cost, Quality, and Time through globally standardized practices. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including RAM engineers, Train Validation Engineers, and ISR/LCC engineers), lead the Train System’s Technical Development & Validation, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Leading the train system development and validation, including operability analysis, system definition and architecture, performances, and functions,

Ensuring conversion of customer and regulatory requirements into train level requirements & specifications,

Being accountable for Train Reliability, Train Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), LCC target achievement, Cybersecurity, and Validation and Engineering contributions to Certification & Authorization,

Acting as the main technical focal point for the customer for train performance topics,

Working with the RAM engineer to ensure reliability activities and report on the reliability risk management,

Collaborating with the Train Validation Engineer to ensure verification and validation activities are completed and fulfill requirements,

Contributing to Certification and Authorization by delivering requested deliverables (test report, train level documentation, etc.) and supporting the Certification & Authorization manager on technical topics

Degree in engineering or related field. Master's degree in Engineering preferred.,
