As a Data Reporting Transformation Partner, supporting rolling stock and components, you will be responsible for gathering information on all the reporting needs from all relevant work streams to ensure all of our reporting requirements are met as we migrate to a new ERP system. You will need to learn how each team works and translate that into new processes. Additionally, you will work with our BI team to deliver training to our end users. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Leading the reporting and data analysis as a Key user of SAP
  • Developing and automating cross functional reporting
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand unique needs
  • Owning Data coordination for go-live

 

You will be our go to for functional area problem solving as well as process improvement. To be successful, you will need to bring agility and a sense of urgency, to quickly adapt to changing priorities. You will be trained in all of the functional streams, purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, product introduction and be a leading expert for our site, not only on the reporting and data processing side but also as a ERP expert.

 

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience working in Data reporting
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge on KPI reporting, Business Intelligence, local/custom reports, operational information extraction/reporting from system
  • Proven experience in SAP, BW BI Module
  • Knowledge on Qlicksense or other dashboard or reporting tools
  • Strong skills on change management
  • Good facilitator & excellent communication skills
  • Process/data oriented

 

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree is required
  • Equivalent Combination of education and experience may be considered
