Could you be the full-time onsite Special Process Engineer in West Mifflin, PA, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your process engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute to the optimization of our Special Processes (SP) across various stages, from tender to execution, ensuring compliance with our high standards of Ethics and Compliance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Sourcing, Quality), manage risk through Process FMEA, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Participating in concurrent engineering to influence technical decisions associated with SP,

  • Defining requirements for tooling and qualifying product/process pairs for production,

  • Managing quality control process evolution for SP,

  • Managing industrial risk through Process FMEA and action plans,

  • Ensuring internal control and application of process rules during serial manufacturing

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, process engineering, mechanical, electronics, electrical, or other related field.,

  • Experience or understanding of manufacturing process engineering,

  • Knowledge of special processes in industrial settings, particularly torquing tightening,

  • Familiarity with Process FMEA and continuous improvement methodologies,

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct effective training sessions,

  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to read, write and speak the language well
