Could you be the full-time onsite Site Industrial Quality Manager in West Mifflin, PA, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive quality management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll lead the charge in defining and deploying the Zero Defect Program within Industrial Quality activities at our West Mifflin site. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial, PME, SC & Production Directors, APSYS & CI team, SQA manager & PrXM), manage and develop the industrial quality team, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Ensure regular Process FMEA, Adapted Control Plan & Quality Control Plan update to improve Zero Defect objective, especially for Special Processes,

Manage site IQ activities: Budget, People, Process & Performance,

Ensure Digitalization of Controls & Processes using innovations,
-
Perform analysis at site level to improve Industrial Quality Performance,
-
Stop the production if needed for mandatory reason (e.g. Safety impact needed rework),
-
Escalade the main anomalies detected on the production lines at site level & ensure their effective treatment (Problem Solving tools),

Lead quality animation methodology deployment, in line with Continuous Improvement system,

Manage & develop the industrial quality team, using Quality Academy process & yearly training / qualification plan

Degree in electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.,

Experience or understanding of managing Quality tools and industrial processes.,

Knowledge of Quality standards such as ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, and Quality tools.,

Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and other problem-solving methodologies.,
-
A certification in quality management or a proven track record in effective communication skills.,
-
Proficiency in using digital tools to enhance controls and processes.,
-
Experience in conducting Process FMEA and implementing Quality Control Plans.,
-
Capacity to make decisive actions in production, including the authority to stop production for mandatory reasons.
