Could you be the full-time onsite Senior Project Planner in West Mifflin, PA, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive and technical planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and collaborative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in the design, procurement, manufacture, and testing/commissioning of automated people movers, ensuring the successful delivery of our Rolling Stock contracts. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Production, Procurement), manage project schedules with precision and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Expert use of Primavera P6 software and comprehensive understanding of the Enterprise database,

Detailed understanding of infrastructure and manufacturing project lifecycles, including design, construction, and commissioning processes,
-
Accurate definition and clarity in project scheduling,
-
Application of design and production planning principles,
-
Independent initiative and collaborative teamwork in the development and execution of project schedules,
-
Effective communication and influence across engineering, production, and procurement disciplines with minimal supervision,
-
Proficiency in Project Controls techniques such as budget and spend management, change control, and data analysis,
-
Adherence to internal planning processes and work instructions for consistency and reporting

Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field,

Experience or understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling in a Primavera environment,

Expertise in Primavera P6 software and an understanding of the Enterprise database,

Knowledge of project planning principles and practices specific to transportation infrastructure and manufacturing projects,
-
Familiarity with design, procurement, manufacture, and test/commissioning processes for automated people movers,
-
Competence in resource loading, cost management, and Earned Value Analysis,
-
Proven ability to accurately define project schedules with clarity,
-
Ability to provide clear and impactful communication to team members and clients
