Could you be the full-time onsite Requirements Management Engineer in West Mifflin, PA, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your advanced requirements management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the entire project team is aligned with company objectives on Cost, Quality, and Time through globally standardized Requirements Management practices. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, management, and procurement), contribute to the development and maintenance of software tools used in requirements management, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring that the management of tender and project requirements is performed as per the global RSC RM process and methodology, thus the delivered product meets the contractual requirements.,

  • Providing the necessary support and trainings to tender and project teams regarding RM process, methodology and tool (DOORS) to perform activities requested by the process.,

  • Monitoring and reporting on the status of RM activities, managing the RM database and helping engineers in their RM activities.,

  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of traceability throughout the lifecycle of all requirements (from the Customer Specification, to the detailed design and test specifications, including all levels in between).,

  • Collaborating with engineers and management on generating these requirements.,

  • Supporting the project team on understanding and learning the Requirements Management Policies and Directives.,

  • Supporting the project team on learning how to use the Database (DOORS) on which the Requirements Management Policies and Directives are deployed.

  • Degree in Engineering or Sciences, or related field.,

  • Experience or understanding of requirements management, including processes and software tools.,

  • Knowledge of DOORS, DXL, Power BI, VBA, Excel, and Office.,

  • Familiarity with the global RSC RM process and methodology.,

  • Ability to work across varying engineering teams and provide guidance and training.,

  • Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive approach to work.,

  • Capacity to manage and maintain RM databases.
