Could you be the full-time on-site Project Manager in West Mifflin, PA, US (Pittsburgh area) we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project scheduling expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring project timelines are met and progress is effectively tracked, contributing to the successful execution of critical projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (stakeholders, suppliers, and core project teams), participate in periodic project schedule review sessions, and prepare standard schedule and progress reports, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Maintaining schedules or assigned parts of schedules according to the Time Management Plan and company procedures,
  • Collecting time-related progress information from stakeholders and suppliers,
  • Participating in periodic project schedule review sessions,
  • Reporting actual or potential delays to the core project team,
  • Preparing standard schedule and progress reports,
  • Ensuring timely updates of schedules,
  • Demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail in all scheduling tasks,
  • Adapting to a rapidly changing environment with resilience and a continuous learning mindset.


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field - a new or recent graduate of a four-year degree program in project management or industrial engineering project is most desired,
  • Experience or understanding of project scheduling theory and time management processes,
  • Familiarity with scheduling software tools (desired),
  • Practical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
  • Accuracy and attention to detail,
  • Adaptability in a multi-cultural and rapidly changing environment,
  • Good interpersonal skills - a team player.
  • Fundamental understanding of the engineering or construction industries.
