Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality and safety management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll drive customer satisfaction by ensuring safety and quality assurance throughout the lifecycle of projects, from tender stage to contract closure. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Industrial, Supplier, Product Introduction Quality), guide project teams on quality contributions, and establish and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Serving as the Project Quality Safety Manager (single contributor) and lead quality aspects of assigned projects.
- Coordinating and leading cross‑functional meetings with engineering, supplier quality, industrial quality, special processes, PME, and project management to define expectations and deliverables.
- Tracking project schedules and milestones; gathering and validating data from stakeholders and assess their ability to meet deadlines.
- Identifying risks/quality issues, driving problem‑solving using formal methodologies, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Reviewing engineering drawings and product specifications to flag potential nonconformances and collaborating with engineering to resolve technical questions.
- Overseeing quality-related processes, SOPs, and process implementation on the shop floor or project scope.
- Managing financial aspects related to projects (budgets, cost impacts of delays/nonconformances).
- Acting as the on‑site representative for quality—be present to manage dynamic, back‑to‑back projects and engage stakeholders in real time.

- Degree in engineering, preferably with a project management background,
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing-related experience - hands-on experience with manufacturing operations, SOPs, process implementation, and production schedules,
