- Managing and coordinating cross-functional teams and external customers effectively,
- Delivering stakeholder presentations as needed,
- Supporting the recruiting and interviewing process,
- Demonstrating strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
All about you

- Degree in project management, engineering, or a related field,
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing customer-facing projects,

- Proficiency in managing project financials, including budgeting and cost tracking,
- Adaptability to drive process and organizational change.

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:
- Work with cross-functional teams, external customers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful projects,
- Progress towards driving organizational change and autonomous third-party business growth,
- Utilise our dynamic, hybrid working environment that fosters innovation and collaboration,
