Could you be the full-time onsite Project Manager in West Mifflin, PA, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your [project management and leadership] expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside [dedicated, collaborative, and skilled] teammates. You'll [drive the execution of high-criticality projects, ensuring they meet contractual requirements and customer expectations, thereby maximizing cash and margin results while adhering to Alstom’s project management standards]. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business ([Project & Bid Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance]), [coordinating project activities, managing resources, and leading your team to achieve project objectives] and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Accountability for project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) and optimizing project financial performance (Margin & Cash),

  • Responsibility for project governance, including defining project strategy and elaborating Project Management Plans (PMP),

  • Leading and coordinating project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out,

  • Management of project resources, ensuring alignment with project needs and escalation as necessary,

  • Team leadership, engaging project teams towards successful achievement of project objectives,

  • Alignment with contractual requirements, management of variation orders, and arbitration of project level changes,

  • Proactive risk, saving, and opportunity management,

  • Management of the project progress, KPIs, and transparent reporting to senior management,

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, instructions, and standards, including EHS, Railway Safety, and Quality,

  • Managing customer and external stakeholders’ relationships, including contract management and handling variation orders

  • Strong project management skills with an understanding of project management processes,

  • Capacity to handle project financial performance, including margin and cash optimization,
