Join us as a Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) for Traction, and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania.
As a Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) for Traction, you will manage and control all engineering-related activities in the project to deliver on requirements, budget and schedule. PrEM is Engineering representative among project core team and has to manage engineering core team to reach its QCD commitment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead all aspects of design, implementation, testing and commissioning required to deliver the scope of the engineering project so as to satisfy customer requirements while adhering to project budgets and schedules;
- Establish and maintain interfaces with other Engineering departments and with relevant functions (Project Management, Procurement, Operations, Sales, Bids);
- Monitor, control and report monthly all product related financial aspects of the project consistent with the contract requirements and established project management procedures to attain established goals;
- Ensure that relevant skills are made available by the Engineering Function in order to fulfill project requirements.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
- Minimum six (6) years of experience post graduate;
- Minimum four (4) years of leadership experience;
- Excellent English communication skills, advanced both written and spoken.
