Could you be the full-time onsite Parts & Services Sales Manager in West Mifflin, PA, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your sales and service expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside exceptional, enthusiastic, and collaborative teammates. You'll create a significant impact by identifying parts and services that can be upgraded or repaired to prolong the life of our customers' existing fleet vehicles. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, procurement, and customer service), manage sales and services to existing transit agencies, and much more.

 

 We’ll look to you for:

  • You'll be creating great value as you bring your expertise in identifying parts and services that can be upgraded/repaired to prolong the life of the customers’ existing fleet vehicles.,
  • You’ll specifically take care of sales and services to existing transit agencies in your portfolio, but also ensure proactive engagement with potential new clients.,
  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within your customer portfolio.,
  • Ensuring customers are satisfied with the products and services they have received.,
  • Obtaining revenue intake targets and customer satisfaction levels.,
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with transit agencies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or other related fields.,
  • 7 years of experience in rail or other related businesses, or the project engineering industry.,
  • Knowledge of connections with transport agencies is preferred.,
  • Familiarity with sales and customer service best practices.,
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.,
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
